Authority Backlink Agency sticks to a strict non-refund policy. Since we provide non-tangible products and services to our customers, we do not honor refunds once the service/guest post link has been delivered.

When purchasing Authority Backlink Agency packages, subscription plans, or sponsored guest post services, you agree that all payments are non-refundable except in some cases mentioned here. As a customer, you must understand this when purchasing any service through our website.

Authority Backlink Agency does not honor requests for refunds or return payments for the following reasons:

  • The poor or incorrect technical performance of partner news websites, press release aggregation websites, and publisher websites. This includes 24/7 availability of web pages, website loading speed, presence or absence of hyperlinks, presence in search engine indexes, third-party comments, text layout, content, and style.
  • For equality, there can be no exceptions.


Our Money Back Guarantee

If, for any reason, we are not able to publish an article/guest post on the publisher websites you order for, you will be entitled to a full refund deducting payment gateway fees. In this case, we may offer the option to repeat the order on other similar publisher websites or credit the amount to the Authority Backlink Agency wallet account for future use. However, you always have the option to get a full refund in this situation if you wish.


Refunds Request During the Writing Process

When you place an order with us, we use your payment to prepay our writers to work on your order. So if you change your mind for any reason during the article writing or review process, we can only offer a 50% refund. In this case, you will still receive your news article and will be able to request a revision. The completed article will be yours to use in any way you wish.


Refunds During the Publishing Process

Refunds requested during the publishing guest post process will be denied. We cannot stop a publication that is in progress nor reimburse the costs of publishing an article. Please ensure that you review your article thoroughly before accepting it for publication. We make every effort to ensure that your article is error-free. Still, you should always check: the article meets your requirements, the business contact details are correct, the spelling and grammar are correct, the keywords you provided are used, and that the links work correctly.


How Long Do Refunds Take?

Refunds must be approved or declined based on this policy within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Credit card refunds will be available back on your card within 5 to 7 business days.

PayPal refunds will appear in your PayPal account immediately after we process them. So if you paid from your PayPal balance, the funds should be available immediately after we process it. If you pay by card or bank account, funds are usually available after five business days but may take longer depending on your bank.

Refunds will always be sent to the PayPal account, bank account, or card you used when you paid. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds to any other account.
